Job Overview:
Bright Achievements is seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Recruiter to support hiring efforts in the Richmond, VA area. This is a part-time, community-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, attending events, and connecting with candidates. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity as hiring needs expand within Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote open positions

  • Recruit, screen, and support the hiring of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Conduct in-person interviews with candidates

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation

  • Build relationships within the local community to develop a strong candidate pipeline

  • Utilize social networking platforms and outreach strategies to attract candidates

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring goals

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Comfortable working in a community-based, people-facing role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience with recruiting, hiring, or social networking is a plus
